Shanghai Highbird Fabric Structures Co., Ltd is a professional membrane structure company which can provide services covering design, engineering, fabrication, and installation with registration fund of eight million Chinese Yuan. Highbird company, founded in the year of 2000,is one of the earliest specialized companies who introduced foreign advanced techniques of membrane structures and has gained the grade 1 membership of space branch of steelwork association of China, and Highbird is one of the few membrane structure companies with the construction aptitude of steel work and is the only one with design aptitude. Production Capacity
Our factory, the production base, is situated at Minhang District of Shanghai with an area of about 20,000 sqms which takes a leading place in this industry at home. Up till now, our factory has been fully equipped with fabrication facilities such as two PVC membrane fabrication production lines, two PTFE membrane fabrication production lines and a metal processing workshop. With the most advanced large-scale membrane fabrication equipments in China, the annual productivity of our company is about 400, 000 sqms.
Research Capacity
Our company is the earliest specialized one who introduced foreign advanced membrane structures techniques and gains abundant design strength and experience. Engineering analysis and design are all done by specialized computer software esp. by six sets of original design soft wares we own, which is leading a first place at domestic industry. All the characteristics of membranes and fabrics are tested by special testing equipments to make sure the design results of structure analysis are more reliable.
Quality Control
We aim constantly at realizing more design challenges and quality focus, and attach importance to construction quality and technical management and have passed the ISO certification and carry it out in daily business and production work. Our factory possesses most advanced membrane test equipment at home. All the membrane shall be tested before fabrication and be fabricated in the special workshop to make sure the quality of membrane fabrication.
